Absinthe is one of those things you hear about but never really think you're going to try, or might just be a little scared of. We're here to put those fears to rest.

On March 5th, 2007, the French Lucid brand became the first legal absinthe to receive a COLA (Certificate of Label Approval) for importation into the United States since 1912. Social offers traditional and artisanal absinthe styles and proper fountain service. On any given night we have at least a dozen brands (usually more) on hand from Europe and the US. You can enjoy a glass on your own or with friends.

There is a lot of folklore and mystery surrounding absinthe. We all know a person who got a bottle in Europe, but won't open it or just isn't sure of how to drink it the proper way.
